Review: While I have to say the title of the book did make me smile (a play on words of the symptom of Fear of Abandonment) the rest of the book did not. In fact, I would go as far as to say it was triggering AF! There is some knowledge and understanding to be found inside its pages for sure and you could even call it a comprehensive introduction to borderline personality disorder, but so much of the information within this book is outdated. Regardless of it being outdated the information offered is wrapped inside some VERY triggering language especially about childhood trauma. Unless you are maybe looking up about BPD for someone you know I simply can’t recommend this book at all.
Overall Rating: 2/5: Its basic information is outdated and at worse the book is often triggering.
